In the arid lands of Somalia, Abdi cut down acacia trees for charcoal, leaving the land barren. One day, he fell gravely ill and lost his last tree to the relentless drought. Lying in his bed, he regretted his actions, realizing the destruction he had caused. Determined to make amends, Abdi started planting trees despite his weakness. With the help of villagers inspired by his change, the barren land slowly turned green again. As the trees grew, Abdi’s health improved. He found peace in nurturing the land he once destroyed, leaving a legacy of redemption and renewal..
